Electronic monitoring of deliveries and returns

Through the use of technology and by automation of certain tasks and processes, accuracy of records has been increased and the number of potential mistakes has been minimized.
One of the elements of management system WMS is an electronic document handling of documents WZ and PZ ( WZ – document confirming delivery / PZ – document confirming return ).
Documents WZ and PZ are introduced to the integrated ERP system, and allow for quick and accurate assessment of the stage of construction.

Monitoring

An important element of the QLOS system is Monitoring of Formwork Rental Costs.
It allows site managers to have comprehensive control of current and projected rental costs in a dynamic and constantly updated form.
System in a clear and vivid way uses cost tables and graphs to show financial resources which were used at this stage until project is completed.

Technical Advisors

Palisander qualified engineers are present at each site from the beginning to the end of the lease.

Concrete maturity control

Its purpose is to optimize works at the construction site by shortening formwork rotation and as a consequence, shortening the total duration of constuction.
The service is based on installing a wireless sensor directly in fresh concrete for the purpose of measuring temperature and concrete maturity.
The sensor’s compatct size ensures quick and easy installation.

International Platform of Exchange Knowledge and Technology (MPWWiT) aims to facilitate the exchange of experience and technological ideas between engineers from different countries.
